Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kira (the "Service"), provided by Kira Art Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore ("Kira", "we", "us", or "our"). The Service is available at kira.art, through the Kira mobile application for iOS (distributed via the Apple App Store) and Android (distributed via Google Play) (together, the "App"), and through any associated products, applications, and websites.
By creating an account, downloading or installing the App, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
If you use the App, Section 11 (Mobile Applications and App Store Terms) also applies to you, including the terms required by Apple and Google as distributors of the App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only if you are at least 13 (or a higher minimum age that applies where you live) and a parent or legal guardian has given permission and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, or if your account has previously been terminated by us.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.
2. Your Account
- You must create an account to use most features of the Service. Accounts are created by signing in with Google or with Apple (Sign in with Apple). You may link more than one sign-in method to the same Kira account from Settings. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
- Your profile, including your display name and profile picture, is public. Our Privacy Policy explains what other people can see.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and devices, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account, sell or transfer it, or allow any other person to use it. Each account is intended for a single individual user.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account Management → Delete Account) or from your account settings on the web. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it; see Section 12 and our Privacy Policy for details.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your account is inactive for a prolonged period, or if we are required to do so by law.
3. Subscriptions, Credits and Payment
3.1 Plans
The Service is offered through a free tier and paid auto-renewing subscription plans (currently Basic, Pro, and Max) billed monthly or annually. Paid plans unlock higher monthly credit allowances and access to additional models and features (for example, higher-quality image models and video generation on selected tiers). The features included in each plan, and current pricing, are shown at kira.art and on the upgrade screen in the App, and may be updated from time to time.
3.2 Credits
- Most generations consume credits. Subscription credits are allocated to your account based on your subscription tier and billing period and reset at each renewal. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period unless we explicitly state otherwise.
- Booster packs. We may offer one-time credit packs ("Booster Packs"). Booster Packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription; the credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed and are consumed after your subscription credits.
- Daily free credits. Free-tier users may be eligible to claim a small daily credit top-up. Daily credits are a promotional benefit that we may change or withdraw at any time.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and expire when your account is closed or terminated.
3.3 Purchases on the web
- Payments made at kira.art are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring renewals to your selected payment method.
- Web prices are stated and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Where the law requires it, for example in the European Union and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT or similar taxes. Elsewhere, applicable taxes may be added at checkout and are shown before you pay.
- Web subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3.4 Purchases in the App (Apple App Store and Google Play)
Subscriptions and Booster Packs purchased inside the App are sold as in-app purchases through Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android), and are subject to the following terms in addition to the App Store's or Google Play's own terms:
- Billing. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency as determined by the store, and may differ from web pricing.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period (monthly or annual) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown when you purchased (or the updated price, where you have been notified of a change in accordance with the store's rules).
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device's account settings (on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the App or your Kira account does not cancel a store subscription, you must cancel it in your store account settings. Subscriptions purchased through a store cannot be cancelled by Kira.
- Free trials and introductory offers. If we offer a free trial or introductory price, the terms will be displayed before you confirm the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- One subscription per account. A Kira account may hold one active subscription at a time. A subscription purchased on one platform (web, App Store, or Google Play) is managed and billed on that platform, and a store subscription can be linked to only one Kira account at a time.
- Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the App, sign in on a new device, or your subscription does not appear in your account, use Restore on the upgrade screen to re-link your active store subscription to your Kira account.
- Booster Packs purchased in the App are consumable, one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel a web subscription at any time from your account settings at kira.art, and a store subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings as described in Section 3.4. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date.
3.6 Refunds
- Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are given for partial billing periods or unused credits.
- For purchases made on the web, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in cases of clear billing error, double-charging, or other exceptional circumstances.
- For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective policies (for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com). Kira does not have the ability to issue refunds for store purchases. Refunds, when granted, will result in the corresponding credits or plan benefits being removed from your account.
- Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Section 3.7 applies to purchases you make on the web. For purchases made in the App, the withdrawal and refund rules of Apple or Google apply.
3.7 Right of Withdrawal (EEA and UK Consumers)
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from a contract made on the web within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kira Art Pte. Ltd., C/O: OSOME LTD., 68 Circular Road, Singapore 049422, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you for that contract without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
- Subscriptions. If you asked us to start providing the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what we provided before you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full term of the contract.
- Booster Packs. If you expressly agreed that we start supplying the credits before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, you lose that right once the credits have been added to your account.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

3.8 Price Changes
We may change pricing for the Service at any time. Any price change will apply to your subscription from the next renewal. For store subscriptions, Apple or Google will notify you of the change in accordance with their rules and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4. Your Content
4.1 Ownership
"Your Content" means any text, images, videos, prompts, or other materials you upload to or input into the Service. As between you and Kira, you retain all ownership rights in Your Content.
4.2 Your Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload Your Content;
- Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Your Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
4.3 License to Kira
You grant Kira a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, and create derivative works of Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, improving, and securing the Service, and where applicable, to transmit Your Content to the third-party AI model providers we use to fulfill your requests (see Section 7).
4.4 Public Content and Featuring
The Service includes public surfaces (such as the in-app Discover feed and the public gallery) where users may choose to publish their creations. By publishing a creation to a public surface within the Service, or by sharing a creation publicly on a third-party platform using a Kira-branded hashtag (for example, #shotwithkira), you grant Kira an additional non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- reproduce, distribute, and display that creation on Kira's discovery surfaces, social channels, and marketing materials;
- create thumbnails, previews, and adapted versions of the creation for those purposes.
This license is limited to creations you have actively chosen to make public through one of the actions above. Creations you keep private in your account are not subject to this license and will not be featured by Kira.
You may remove a creation from the public surfaces at any time.
5. Generated Content (Outputs)
5.1 Ownership of Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, Kira assigns to you any rights it may have in the images, videos, or other media generated for you by the Service ("Outputs"). You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, in accordance with your subscription tier.
5.2 Non-uniqueness
Because the Service uses probabilistic AI models, similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs. You acknowledge that you do not receive any exclusivity over Outputs.
5.3 No Guarantees
Outputs are provided "as generated". We make no representation that Outputs are accurate, complete, original, fit for any particular purpose, or free from third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before any further use, distribution, or publication.
5.4 Compliance When Using Outputs
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights, including, without limitation, rights of publicity, trademark, copyright, and platform-specific policies for any platform on which you publish the Output.
6. Acceptable Use and Community Safety
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that violates this Section may be removed without prior warning, and users who post it may be blocked from the Service or have their accounts terminated. By using the Service you agree to these rules and to the reporting and moderation process described in Section 6.4.
6.1 Absolutely prohibited (zero tolerance, anywhere on the Service)
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualizes minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for this category. Suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities, the responsible account will be terminated immediately, and we will preserve evidence as required by law.
- Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or depicts identifiable real persons in sexual or nude contexts without their documented, informed consent.
- Impersonates a real person in a deceptive or harmful way, including non-satirical deepfakes of public figures, fabricated quotes attributed to real people, or content designed to be mistaken for a real person's authentic statement or act.
- Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates any person, or is otherwise abusive toward other users.
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Constitutes electoral disinformation or fabricated content about real political candidates, officials, or processes intended to deceive.
- Infringes intellectual property, including unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted works, trademarks, or proprietary brand assets.
- Is otherwise illegal under applicable law or facilitates illegal activity.
- Bypasses or interferes with the Service's safety filters, rate limits, billing systems, or security measures, including via automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API use.
- Distributes malware, phishing payloads, or other harmful code.
6.2 Sexual and adult content
Kira does not allow or support sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise adult content. You may not use the Service to generate, upload, publish, share, or display such content on any part of the Service, on any platform, whether the content is kept private or shared with others.
- Applies everywhere. This prohibition applies equally to the web version of the Service and to the App, to private generations and to anything shared on public surfaces, including the in-app Discover feed, the public Gallery, any community feature, and any Kira-branded hashtag (for example, #shotwithkira).
- Content filters. Prompts and Outputs pass through automated safety filters designed to block this content, consistent with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies. Attempting to bypass these filters is a violation of Section 6.1.
- Enforcement. Any such content will be removed and may result in account action under Section 6.3, up to and including permanent termination.
6.3 Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or block any content or use that, in our reasonable judgment, violates this Section 6, even where not expressly listed. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:
- remove the offending content from public surfaces;
- restrict your access to specific features;
- suspend your account temporarily;
- terminate your account permanently, without refund;
- report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Repeated or severe violations, and any violation of Section 6.1, may result in immediate, permanent termination without prior warning or refund.
6.4 Reporting, filtering and moderation
- Filtering. Prompts and Outputs pass through automated safety filters, and public surfaces are moderated using a combination of automated and human review.
- Reporting. Every public creation in the App and on the web can be reported using the Report action (reasons include sexual or explicit content, violence, child-safety concerns, spam, and copyright infringement). You can also hide content you do not want to see using Dislike, and you may report any content or user by emailing [email protected].
- Response. We review reports promptly and aim to remove violating content and take action against the responsible account within 24 hours of receiving a report. Reports of child-safety concerns are prioritized and escalated immediately.
- Notice and review. Where the law requires it, we tell you when we remove your content or restrict your account, and why. If a decision was made by automated means, you can ask for it to be reviewed by a person by emailing [email protected].
- Blocking. Users who post objectionable content or abuse other users will be blocked from public surfaces or removed from the Service in accordance with Section 6.3.
6.5 Recommendations
Public feeds are ranked automatically. Creations about certain sensitive topics, such as religion, are not recommended in public feeds.
7. Third-Party AI Models and Services
The Service is built on a multi-vendor architecture and routes requests across multiple third-party AI model providers and supporting infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare, Stripe, Apple, Google, and others).
- Your Content and prompts are sent to these providers to provide the Service, and they process them on our behalf.
- We select and rotate model providers in our discretion based on quality, cost, and availability; we do not guarantee that any specific underlying model will remain available.
- Kira is not responsible for the conduct, content, terms, or policies of any third-party provider.
8. Kira's Intellectual Property
The Service, including the App and all software, models, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the property of Kira Art Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code, model weights, or training data of the Service;
- Use Kira's name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use the Service, including in the App.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- We may change the Service, including by adding, changing, or removing features, for valid reasons such as changes in the law, security or technical needs, changes in the availability of third-party providers, or changes to our business. Where a change negatively affects features you have paid for and the law requires it, we will tell you in advance, for example by email, and you may end your subscription.
- We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working with the Service; if you do not install a required update, some or all of the App may stop functioning until you do.
11. Mobile Applications and App Store Terms
11.1 Licence to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. For the iOS App, this licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where we make that available).
11.2 App permissions
The App may ask for permission to use your camera (only when you choose to take a photo in support chat), to add images and videos to your photo library (to save your downloads), and to send you push notifications (for example, when a generation is finished). Each permission is optional and can be changed at any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11.3 Additional terms for the iOS App (Apple)
The following terms apply if you use the App on an Apple device. They are required by Apple and, in the event of any conflict, take precedence over the rest of these Terms with respect to your use of the iOS App:
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are concluded between you and Kira only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Kira, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over any conflicting term in these Terms.
- Scope of licence. The licence granted to you for the iOS App is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. Kira is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty. Kira is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Kira's sole responsibility.
- Product claims. Kira, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Kira, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer contact. Questions, complaints, or claims with respect to the App should be directed to Kira Art Pte. Ltd. using the contact details in Section 19.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement and the terms of any third-party platform on which you publish Outputs).
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your licence of the iOS App. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
11.4 Additional terms for the Android App (Google)
If you download the App from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google LLC is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App, its content, or any maintenance or support for it. In-app purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's payment and refund policies as described in Section 3.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from the App (Settings → Account Management → Delete Account) or from your account settings on the web. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel the request; after that, your account and content are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel that separately in your store account settings (see Section 3.4).
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without prior warning, if you breach these Terms, if your continued use poses a legal or security risk, or if we cease to offer the Service. Where the law requires it, we will tell you why (see Section 6.4).
- On termination: Sections 4.3 (limited to processing necessary for backups and legal compliance), 5 (Outputs), 8 (Kira's IP), 11.3 and 11.4 (App Store terms), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law), and 17 (General) survive.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE, THE APP, AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OUTPUTS ARE GENERATED BY PROBABILISTIC AI MODELS, MAY CONTAIN FACTUAL INACCURACIES, AND MAY OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE RESULTS THAT ARE OFFENSIVE, INAPPROPRIATE, OR NOT WHAT YOU INTENDED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF OUTPUTS.
Nothing in this Section limits the warranty terms required by Apple in Section 11.3.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- KIRA, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
- IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR FREE-TIER USERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO USD 0.
- These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kira and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service;
- Your Content or any Output you generate, publish, or distribute;
- Your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time of commencement. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
- Nothing in this Section deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights, or of the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence, where applicable law does not permit those rights to be waived.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and Kira regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on that subject.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
- No agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for your convenience. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-product notification) before they take effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, the updated Terms apply to you.
