Image Data Storage
Kira stores the images and videos you upload and generate to provide the Service to you.
This includes:
- Displaying images in your account
- Allowing edits, re-edits and version history
- Supporting features such as galleries and saved results
- Showing the creations you choose to publish
Kira does not sell your images.
Access to Image Data
Images are processed automatically by our systems, including automated safety checks.
Authorized team members may access content when needed, for example to provide support you ask for, fix technical problems, keep the Service safe, or comply with the law.
Use of Data
We use personal data and content only as necessary to:
- Operate and maintain the Service
- Process image and video generation and editing requests
- Manage accounts, subscriptions and credits
- Provide customer support
- Enforce our safety and content policies
- Improve performance, reliability and security
Data Sharing
Kira does not sell personal data.
Data is shared only with:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Service
- Authorities, when required by law
- Others, when you ask us to or publish content

Data Retention
- Data is kept only for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations
- When you delete your account, your data is deleted, except records we must keep by law and, if you have made a payment, records of your payments and use of the Service, which we keep only for payment disputes until 180 days after your last payment
- Our Privacy Policy lists how long we keep each type of data

Do you manually review my photos?
Images are processed automatically. Authorized team members may view content when needed, for example to provide support you ask for, fix technical problems, keep the Service safe, or comply with the law.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. When you delete your account, your data is deleted after the grace period, except records we must keep by law and payment-related records we keep for payment disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy. See how
